The actual exorcism during the last 30 mins or so is graphic. The possessed is struck repeatedly by the priest with brass knuckles on each hand, and also struck with a large pipe wrench. Though the actual blows are not shown, the results are. The scene with fingernails that are plucked out with pliers is shown in closeup.
