Kriminalgården (2015)

Kriminalgården is the first private correctional facility in Sweden specialized in treating the most challenging female prisoners within the country. Jasmine, Lova and Emilia are all notorious criminals but never have they experienced a prison like this. Here the unexperienced staff is a weird combination of naive, strict and unthoughtful. Driven by the ambition to outmaneuver the Swedish Prison and Probation Service in state regime, prison warden Göran Persdotter is depending on well-being and rehabilitated prisoners to keep his dream of a private penitentiary open. A situation Jasmine, Lova and Emilia know how to manipulate. Soon they realize their unique positions at Kriminalgården and begin to strive to become the number one inmate of the prison and to dictate the rules.
