It's a well known fact that more than fifty percent of Mumbai's population lives in slum and quite a large number in rented flats. Everyone in Mumbai dreams of buying his own house. Have you ever faced a very awkward situation because of your name, profession and bachelorhood? M.B.A is the story of a series of situations faced by a young man when he goes out to find an apartment on rent in the city of Mumbai. He is a Muslim, bachelor and an actor. He realizes how difficult it is to rent a flat in Mumbai. But finally he manages to get a flat, not of his choice but then he adjusts. He learns to survive in this maximum city because 'Mumbai has place for everyone, Mumbai adjusts everyone'. Whatever challenges and hardships you face but the character of Mumbai is such that it finally adjusts you.
