November Rain (2014)

Sheetal was a heart patient when born. To save her, her father illegally swaps the heart of Sheetal with Aayush, also born on the same day. Aayush is declared dead to his real parents, but a nurse adopts him and raises him. After the death of the nurse, Aayush learns the truth and awaits his doomed destiny.
