Happy Places (2016)

"Happy Places" is a short narrative film based on the short story "Where Is Here" by American author Joyce Carol Oates. A mysterious stranger interrupts the evening of a seemingly normal family to visit his childhood home. As the film progresses, the family becomes more disturbed, while the stranger's presence brings forth a dark and revealing nature to the night.
