Domestic abuse is not an easy thing to experience, especially not an easy thing to tell. This film contains three actual stories of domestic abuse, and the hopeful advice that is given. Do not be ashamed of your story, for it can inspire others, and never lose hope. Wherever you go, go with all your heart (Confucius). You can get help, you have a choice, and there is always hope. Once you choose hope, anything is possible.
