Jade, a tween video game addict who rarely ventures outside, experiences an electronic crisis. Frustrated with the everyday constraints of modern technology, she decides to escape to the sidewalks of her neighborhood to see what adventures lie beyond the closed doors of her home. Inspired by Walt Whitman's "Song of the Open Road."
