A repressed pianist Lance lives in his teacher's house to prepare his concert. He falls in love with his teacher's wife Clara during the days he lives there. One day, one year after his teacher died, Lance and Clara come back from his teacher's grave, Lance doesn't want to see Clara live in the painful memory with his teacher anymore, he decides to express his love to her. It is hard for Lance to say love to Clara. Even one year after her husband died, she still feels like he is with her in the house. Lance tries his best to take care of Clara. But the music recalls Clara's memory with her husband. Then Lance plays his favorite piece for Clara. At that time, Clara feels the man on the piano is her husband. She walks to him and kisses him deeply. After the surprise, Lance kisses back emotionally. Finally he says his love to Clara in front of the piano. Clara suicide in the late night after she finds that she kisses Lance, not her husband. She regrets what she did and decides to be with her husband for that she can't live with herself alone without him. Lance finds her dead body beside the piano next morning. He decides to keep his love to Clara the whole life.
