The True Story of Pinocchio

A serial killer with the name Geppetto is terrorizing New York, transforming his victims to human marionettes. Detective Carl Buechler will discover a book written by the wife of Carlo Collodi, Marie, with the title "The True Story of Pinocchio". Progressively and with the help of the professor of Italian studies Karen Wright and the help of journalist Kathy Garver, Carl will discover that the classic fairy tale is real, written with blood and that Pinocchio existed and was many years ago a real boy. Now, Pinocchio wants to leave his wooden body and become a real boy once more.
