Cybernetics giving people superhuman abilities were developed by the military. However, after a variety of side effects were discovered, they were banned. Now in the hands of dealers, having formed its own black market, an anti cybernetics police department was formed to stop them. Follow as a squad from the ACPD attempts to take down an empire of cybernetic dealings.
