The Goat Cave

Scar Red, an aging punk rock star, battles to try and raise her mentally-unstable genius son, while struggling to keep open one of the last remaining punk rock studios that moonlights as an underground haven for the next generation of punks. As the city of Los Angeles goes to sleep, the punks of the city head towards the Goat Cave, a rehearsal space by day that turns into to the last remaining sanctuary for the punk rock scene. Scar Red, the owner of the Goat Cave, steps off stage after performing to a sea of punks, and discusses business with her sound engineer, Rat. In the crowd, her mentally-unstable genius son Luke stumbles through the halls, trying to escape the inner demon that chases him. As his mom handles the business side of running the Cave, her son has his first complete mental breakdown. Scar now has to manage keeping the last remaining punk haven alive, and at the same time prevent her son from slipping away into madness. In order for Scar to keep herself from falling apart, she relies on her two rock star friends, Doc and Rex. Both are unsure if they are Luke's father. They try to connect with him, and intervene to keep the Goat Cave from closing down - not so much for Scar's sake, but to keep a place where they can live their punk lifestyle.
