How Are You? (2016)

'How Are You?' is a short documentary film exploring the stigma of mental health issues. With support from Cardiff University and the National Centre for Mental Health, the film includes interviews with Prof. Ian Collings, Consultant Psychiatrist and Mair Elliott, Mental Health Campaigner.
