Night Shift (2018)

A hooded figure stabs a man who appears to already be dead before moving his body onto a blood covered bed to stab him again, then wiping the knife clean onto his chest already smeared in red. There are 2 other slain bodies in the room along with a 3rd woman who, while bloody, is still very much alive....

...The woman is strangled by a belt while trying to escape.
