Semblance (2016)

Erica is a dancer who is trying her hardest to ace an audition. She is struggling with an overly-possessive and abusive boyfriend, Peter, who has hired a neighbour to spy on her. As she lives out her day to day life, the neighbour snaps photos of her and reports to Peter with the information he has on her whereabouts, and other details of her life.Things come to a head when Peter interrupts her at an audition and takes her home, where they get into an argument that escalates into violence. The neighbour slowly becomes aware of the brutal nature of their relationship, and experiences a change of heart, eventually confronting Erica and offering his own moral support.
