Juliano (2014)

"Juliano" tells the story of the Israeli Jewish-Palestinian actor and political activist Juliano Mer-Khamis, who was murdered in cold blood at the entrance of the "Freedom Theater" which he had founded in the West Bank. The "Freedom Theater" was Juliano's way of trying to build a true ideological partnership between Jews and Arabs and show that theater could be used as a form of resistance and an instrument of overcoming the difficulties of life under occupation.
