The Adventures of Frank Holland: The Brief Case (2017)

A stolen inheritance, a secret plot, and a guy who thinks it's still the 1940's; all of these things come together in the new film "The Adventures of Frank Holland: The Brief Case." This film puts its own twist on the classic hard-bitten detective with the character Frank Holland: a lovable, yet possibly insane detective who desperately wants to imitate his silver-screen idols.
