According to No Plan (2016)

A 30-something drifter shows up unexpectedly at his older sister's isolated house in the country, intent on staying there while he battles demons brought on by a nearly decade-long battle with alcoholism. However, this soon proves to be easier said than done, and almost immediately his mind begins to collapse in on itself. The line between reality and hallucinations is all but blurred.
