Prakshalana (2017)

A neo-noir short about how a rustic man who is dealing with his own daemons, ends up in the realm of no absolutes through his journey in an urban nightscape. After his father's death, a village youth is forced to move to the city and drive a taxi during nights to support his mother. The city is where his night time encounters of people with questionable morality add to his nightmares. Nightmares with visions of him and his mother being abused by his father. The impatient, the opportunists, the preaching rich, the obnoxious and the vile get to feed on the susceptible and the tormented. What would one do, when their value system is broken?
