Across Your Eyeballs Night and Day (2011)

ACROSS YOUR EYEBALLS NIGHT AND DAY is a short film, generously supported by BYDS and ArtStart, and is a window into cultural energies that exist in the South West Sydney area. It's about what we are doing right now, about action. In the same way that graffiti attacks the cleanness of the surface, we are attacking the spaces, behind broken walls, on rooftops, the ubiquitous food court, and in the grungy skate parks. Skaters, dancehall queens, dancers, Bboys, freestyle footballers and BMXers are completely autonomous, creative and irreverent as the best art can be. The film has been shot around the Bankstown area with artists from South West Sydney in a variety of locations. These artists are reacting spontaneously to their environment.
