Woman of the Hour (2023)

Set in 1970s Los Angeles, the film follows the aspiring actress Sheryl Bradshaw who, on the advice of her agent, enters the hit TV show "The Dating Game". One of the contestants, Rodney Alcala, turns out to be a serial killer, and when a female viewer recognizes him, she tries to alert the production to avert a potential disaster. Based on a true story, Woman of the Hour marks actress Anna Kendrick's directorial debut.
