Bed by Nine (2018)

A cinematic childhood adventure with a dark comedy twist. 'Bed By Nine' follows two childhood friends ASHLEY and JAY. After Jay's mother goes to work and allows them an adventure around the house alone, Ashley and Jay burst into JANE's bedroom. They find all manner of strange possessions, which to a mature adult would uncover a hideous truth about her profession, but young naivety permits them to go about taking the criminal paraphernalia as simply toys for their adventure. They equip bulletproof vests and steal kidnapping tools, open duffle bags full of cash and trail it all around the house as they imagine a grand adventure story. Late at night, Jane comes home and discovers her house upturned, following the cash trail back to her invaded space. Meanwhile, the kids still enjoying their vivid imagination, prepare to slay the dragon with their new found toys.
