Holding Hands with the Awkward (2018)

A 40-year-old, married, hetero-seeming mother has begun a gender transition to identify as Dan, a queer, trans father. Dan's own journey to come out as trans also results in him outing Drew, his husband of fifteen years, as bisexual. Dan (played by Kit Boulter) and his trans friend Tyler (Syrus Marcus Ware) compare their experiences - living as visibly trans can be painful and some interactions are best explained through fantasies; the rude pharmacist (Tsholo Khalema) must clearly be a criminal, caught in the act.
