Rising to Power

Rising to Power is a series following the interplay of life choices among three former high school friends in Alexandria, VA. Ari is building a network of powerful people in her quest to be on top. But if her unsavory methods come to light the consequences to her professional, and personal life will be server. While failing public relations with the Mt. Vernon Hill police department allows gang violence to thrive. TJ and Chris employ unusual methods to expose the gang's activities, but their attempts may have just put the residents in even more danger. The series explores the sacrifices made as characters grapple for control of the world around them for vastly different motivations including vanity, social justice, and lust.
