The Session Is Secret (1986)

Abdul Kadir is rich man who is married and has nine years old son, one day on his way home he helps a young woman who is having a birth to the hospital, when he finds out that the woman has put the child on his name he gets angry and tries to every mean to stop her from doing so, while he looking for a way his best friend suggest that they should get a paper from the a doctor showing that he had accident and can't have children anymore, in doing so he finds out that he really can't have children and that even his son is not his own and he goes on rage trying to find out who is the father of the little kid that he thought is his son.
