The Texas Chain Saw Massacre (1974)

Sally, her brother and friends head to rural Texas after their grandfather's grave is profaned. Arriving at their family's old farmhouse, they discover that the house next door is occupied by a group of savage, cannibalistic, outcast killers, including Leatherface, who, with his human skin mask and chainsaw, hunts them down one by one. Considered the first slasher film of the 70's, it offers the best of raw and bloody horror, becoming a complete classic that gave rise to countless remakes.
