Plain Jane to the Rescue (1982)

The CEO of ZANA Corp. hires a nerdy woman named Jenny to teach his father proper etiquette and how to behave in public. She also has to juggle a bouncy relationship with her equally nerdy boyfriend Fang. After doing a passable job of making the old man behave, his son tricks him into signing a bogus will and tries to have him killed. Can Jenny, Fang and a candy addicted Lawyer save the day and the old Man?
