Johnny Dangerously (1984)

One character is desperate to have sex with his fiancé. He is convinced otherwise by a (comedic) black & white old time movie which contains a cartoon portrayal of male genitalia.

A brief sex scene shown from the waist up. Characters are in a closet, still clothed, implied to have exposed their genitals to engage in coitus. The motions of the woman's body heavily imply that intercourse is taking place, but it's brief and played for laughs. Easily missed if you don't already know what sex looks like.

A group of men smoke in a room, filling the room with hazy smoke. Another man warns the viewers against the dangers of smoking and a man in the background promptly dies.
