A monster's head contorts and stretches, a woman chops the head off with a sword. Green blood pours from the stump. We see the severed head on the ground, which tries to bite her ankles but she kicks it away.
In two scenes we see the aftermath of attacks from the monsters. We see a couple of dismembered corpses including some severed heads, arms, torsos, and legs. There is blood and entrails.
A woman sticks a coat hanger into a clogged drain, blood sprays up out of the drain and splatters all over the shower and the woman's face.
A man begins turning into a monster and attacks another man. He is shot and falls to the ground. The man approaches the body and it jumps to attack him again. He shots it again and this time it dies.
A monster breaks through a door where a few minutes earlier a small child had been playing. We don't see what happens, but it is presumed that the child and his mother are killed as later the same monster can be seen climbing the stairs to attack a woman on the next floor.
A woman and her dog are pulled into a manhole by a monster and several other man are grabbed and pulled out of sight (around a corner, down a pipe, etc).
A man is pulled out of a phone booth by a monster. His granddaughter is in the phone booth. We later see her at the police station and learn that she witnessed the murder.
We see a dead and bloated dog hanging from a ceiling.
We see a bloody wound where a man has been bitten by one of the monsters in the leg. There is blood, muscle and bone visible. We later see black and white photographs of the wound.
A woman's severed head is found.
A man begins to climb a ladder. We hear a thud and he falls down the ladder and dies. It's unclear how he died, but it is implied he was bludgeoned.
A man is shot and later dies.
A man drives a van and tries to kill two men and a woman. One of the men shoots the man through the van window, the vans tire rolls into a manhole and the van explodes.
Several creatures attack a diner and break the windows. We hear screams. There is lots of blood everywhere.
