Nerd Marty Rantzen is an outcast at Doddsville County High School. He is seduced by his sexy classmate Carol and they go to the girls' locker room to have sex. However, it is a cruel April Fool's prank from eight mates who record him naked and humiliate him until the moment the coach stops them. Martin goes to the laboratory to work on his science project and two mates give him a marijuana cigarette with something mixed in that makes him feel sick. While he goes to the bathroom, Skip messes with his substances. Marty returns to the lab and accidentally provokes a fire in the place and is disfigured by nitric acid. Years later, eight former students receive an invitation to a reunion in the high school on April 1, and Carol calls her friend Susan about it. They find a derelict locked school, but when it starts to rain, they break into the school and learn from former janitor Digby that the school has been abandoned for five years and will be demolished. Further, now he is the caretaker and will leave the place at midnight. They find a room with beer, cakes, and candies and decide to celebrate the reunion. But soon they learn that this is a malignant plot of Marty seeking revenge and they are locked in the school.

A man is seen lying on the ground screaming in pain, his face is badly burnt. He is then seen being wheeled away on a stretcher, a female stops the medics and tries to apologies, but he grabs her by the throat and starts to strangle her.

A man grabs another man by the throat, lifts him off the ground and pushes the back of his head into a coat hanger which impales him. He is then seen hammering a nail into the man's hand.

A man opens his shirt to see his stomach expand and pulsate. The next shot, his stomach splits open and his intestines start to fall out before there is a shot of his stomach exploding, and then Blood splats on a woman's face. There is a shot of him lying dead on the floor with blood splatter around him.

A man is seen sitting in a car, there is a close up of his torso and a blade exits his chest, there is a spurt of blood. His dead body is seen hanging from a fence shortly after.

A woman screams out in pain as acid burns her, there are graphic shots of her burned legs and back before some breast shots. There is a shot of the skin on her face melting and exposing her skull underneath. Later on her bloody flesh covered skeleton is found in the bath.

A man slashes both arms of another man with a knife while he is holding a motorized lawnmower, he then drops the lawnmower on his stomach and blood splats all over his face. Later on his body is found and his blood covered face is seen from another angle.

A couple are having sex on a metal framed bed which the killer connects to a power supply and electrocutes them both. They're both seen screaming in pain, there's a closeup of the woman's burnt face and her burnt leg later on when the bodies are discovered.

A man is seen standing on a box with a noose tied around his neck, the killer knocks the box from under his feet and he starts to hang.

A woman is murdered offscreen when she arrives late to the reunion. Her body is discovered hanging in a hallway.

A woman escapes the school, but while running from the killer, she falls into the septic tank. She's pushed down into it by the killer and she drowns.

A woman is hiding in the girls toilet when she sees one of the toilet bowls fill up with blood and overflow. This is speculated to be Nancy's blood as she drowned in what seemed to be an open septic system.

A woman puts an axe into the side of man's face, there is a brief shot of the axe entering his face, one of him falling to the ground and one of him lying dead with bloodstained clothes.

A woman pushes the killer through a second floor window and he falls to the ground.

A man stabs a woman in the stomach with a javelin, there is a small blood spurt as the javelin enters her stomach, the killer then pulls it out and the woman's body falls to the floor.

A man stabs a Doctor in the eye with a needle.
