A man and a creature which resembles a large praying mantis can be seen fighting from a distance, the creature grabs the man by his throat.
A creature gets shot by a hunter, bloodsplatter can be seen. The creature moans and goes back to it's space ship.
A man knocks out a hunter and starts to have a seizure short after, the man's hands start to mutate (turning into claws). The man screams during his transformation, his head starts to deform and bleed. Finally his head explodes and his body falls on the ground, the hunter carefully aproaches the body. When out of nowhere the body comes back to life and grabs the hunters throat, it is implied that the hunter gets his head torn off.
A homeless person can be seen eating a dead mouse, another man yells "Spit it out". He turns his head to a man and spits the dead mouse and it's bloody remains on a man's shirt.
A man who's about to get arrested grabs a woman and uses her as a hostage, he gets shot in his leg by an female police officer.

Three homeless men drink alcohol, one of them starts to have a seizure. His face and hands start to transform, he grabs a man's throat and rips his head off (offscreen). The third man gets covered in blood and runs away, from a distance the transformed man can be seen eating parts of a corpse.
A criminal who's in a hospital bed lures a female cop and attackes her, he uses wire to strangle her. A moment later the woman is found bruised and naked (she still wears her underwear).
A femal doctor shows a decapitated body, and tells that they found bite marks.
The alien attempts to visit a doctor, he stands next to a wall. Blood can be seen squirting from his neck injury, the doctor comes closer to help him. The alien grabs the doctor's throat and rips his head off (offscreen), the disembodied head can be seen lying on an operating table. A nurse enters the room and faints when she sees the headless alien trying to put on the doctor's head.
The alien kills a dog (offscreen) and rips it's head off.
