Out for Justice (1991)

Brooklyn cop Gino Felino is about to play catch with his son when he receives a call that his best friend and partner, Bobby Lupo, has been murdered in broad daylight by drug kingpin Richie Madano. Gino, a seasoned NYPD detective with deep ties to his neighborhood, is granted clearance for a manhunt.
