An Eye for an Eye (1990)

It's strongly implied that a man has a forceful and physically and sexually abusive relationship with a woman, including forcing her to watch as he has sex with another woman, but little is actually shown.

Many people are shot and killed, including a sequence at a nightclub where a man shoots several people, and many are stabbed and slashed to death, including a long sequence at a restaurant where a large gang attacks a group of people with machetes, with lots of gore but little actual stabbing and slashing seen, a man is thrown from a height but survives, and a bloodied corpse of a man is seen in a bed.

"Fuck", "shit" and "bitch" are used a few times in English subtitles.
