Powder (1995)

In high school halls, a peculiar and quiet young man named "Powder" suffers non-stop harassment from bullies who can't see past his peculiar looks. However, when Powder unveils an inexplicable power, the tide of cruelty takes an unexpected turn. As he demonstrates his extraordinary ability to accomplish incredible feats, the taunts stop.
