Halloween H20: 20 Years Later (1998)

A man in the school staff, kisses a woman's breast, she's fully clothed and he is too. They are lying on the couch, kissing.

Some sexual dialogue. Kissing parts until the violence/action begins.

Overall, this film is not extremely violent (as most of the deaths or stabbings are offscreen), though it has violent aftermath images that may shock or frighten viewers.

A girl gets her leg cut as she climbs in a dumbwaiter. As she comes out, her foot is stuck on the leg of a corpse. Michael cuts the rope and the whole dumbwaiter slams on the girl's leg, but when she pulls it free, it is almost completely severed. She crawls, but Michael hold her down and stab her four times. Not graphic. Her corpse is seen later hanging on a light.

A young boy gets his neck slit offscreen. His corpse is later seen in a dumbwaiter with his slit throat seen for a second with little blood.

A woman finds two teenage boys' corpses (one is bloody with two ice skates embedded in his face and the other has a knife in his back); a man grabs a kitchen knife and chases the woman; she beats him with a fireplace poker, sending him to the floor, and he grabs her ankle, nearly stabbing her, but hits the floor instead; she continues to beat him repeatedly with the poker and shatters a window; the man then grabs her and slits her throat with the knife (blood pours from the wound).

In a dream sequence, a teenage girl hides in a closet as a man violently breaks through the door; we also see a knife stabbed into the picture of a teenage boy.

'Fuck' is said, some sexual references, scatological terms, anatomical terms, religious profanity, as well as religious exclamations.

Functional alcoholism is implied

A woman smokes a cigarette.

A woman jugs down two glasses of wine in a restaurant.

A woman drinks vodka in two scenes.

A boy drops a corkscrew down a garbage disposal and goes to retrieve it while Michael Myers appears in the background. It seems like he's going to be killed with the garbage disposal but nothing happens.

The entire film is quite suspenseful and frightening. This movie contains a very creepy atmosphere. The most intense scene shows a teenage girl with a wounded leg trying to escape Michael by crawling backwards, but is then repeatedly stabbed in the back. Only the bloody knife is shown coming up and down. The same girl is then seen hung from the ceiling.
