Palmy Days (1931)

This is very tame by today's standards, but in 1931 it might've seemed scandalous. One scene, for instance, features a group of pretty girls of dropping their towels and supposedly diving naked into a swimming pool, while a guy (dressed as a woman) watches. Given the year, no actual nudity is seen, but it is very suggestive.
