What does an animal impersonator do when there are far between jobs? Max Maximilius Maximum refuses to suffer the pain of idleness in silence. He pitches a fanciful lie about Africa to a journalist - unfortunately for Max, the story runs wild and he is forced to pack his bags and turn the lie into a lion's roar.
