Torn Curtain (1966)

Professor Michael Armstrong, a U.S. rocket scientist, and his fiancée Sarah Sherman travel to a scientific convention in Copenhagen. Sarah becomes suspicious of Michael and secretly follows him to East Germany. There, she is shocked to learn Michael is a double agent on a covert mission to extract a vital formula from an East German scientist. The couple must navigate perilous escapes to return safely to the West with their secrets.
