Tales of a Eunuch (1983)

Man drinks aphrodisiac and chases a woman who screams that he is trying to rape her. He sleeps with a different woman (consensual and off screen) and she emerges tired and happy with ripped clothes.

Twice, a Woman gets her mouth stuck on a man's penis (blankets obscure his torso and her face below the nose)

Man slaps a woman on the butt repeatedly (as punishment) and she moans in pleasure and asks him not to stop

Naked man runs down street. Frontal nudity covered by a cloth he's holding but buttocks exposed.

Characters work at a brothel, but no nudity or skimpy clothes. Workers are sometimes refered to as whores.

Man punches 2 guys in stomach and rips out their intestines, also snaps a leg in half (effects are cheesy).

Several characters spit blood after fighting throughout the film

Several characters are stabbed (blood at entry point)

General kung fu violence, some.people show bruising after fights, some clothes with bloodstains.

A characters head is chopped off by a sword, you see the cut quickly and the head pop into the air. It lands in a person's hands and makes a pained face before the person throws it down. Not overly graphic, played more for laughs.

Character takes powdered medicine for an ailment. It isn't a narcotic, but he mentions taking too much is deadly.
