The Pharao's guards are ordered to kill every newborn child they can find. If any child is actually killed is never seen, due to the scene focusing on the baby soon to be named Moses.

The river is quickly turned into blood.
A wild beast jumps out of a basket and starts chasing a man, while a monkey throws an apple on a man's head. Very brief.
Cattle can be seen sick or dead, but that's hard to see because it's all seen from the sky.
