Island of Blood (1982)

A man and a woman are having sex fully clothed. Some moaning.

A woman is taking a shower but the camera is fixed on her face.

Several people are killed, including, a man boiled to death, a woman burned by acid, a man stabbed with a spear, a woman shot with a nail gun, a man hacked with a chainsaw; another man stabbed with a machete, and a couple of offscreen decapitations. Most of the killings happen offscreen with a quick shot of the dead bodies after the fact.
