Jake Riley is working on the "Torch" case, a psycho serial killer, who kills women with kids and sets them on fire after they are dead. The killer calls Riley sometimes and now, that Riley retires, the killer has no person to play against anymore. The NSA comes into play here and offers a job to Riley. A replicant, or better a clone of the killer should help him find the real one, as kind of test if it works out. Now Riley is back on track, with a clone of the killer at his hand on the way to discover that nobody is born as murderer.

A man brutally beats a woman (offscreen), and she's seen very bloodied. He finally kicks her hard in the head, killing her.

A man shoots two men in a car, killing them.

In a flashback, a woman is killed by a man, and she's knocked against a wall (some blood spatter seen).

Two men fight in a bar and crash around the room. One of them knocks out a third man and attacks the bartender, who he then shoots twice in the chest (bloody holes seen).

There's a long and brutal fight between two men. Both punch and kick each other, and one is slammed into some walls. Eventually one beats the other and brutally kicks him several times. The other recovers and bashes him with a shovel, and another man shoots the man holding the shovel several times (bloody).

A man is brutally beaten.

Two men fight a third man in a hospital room. They struggle over a gun and crash around the room, and one is stabbed in the shoulder with scissors. The other two brutally struggle, and one escapes.

A man with a gun knocks out a woman, and then brutally beats up a man.

A man savagely beats another man who is handcuffed to a pipe.

An apartment room explodes.

A man beats up several men in a street and chases a woman into a restaurant where he beats up several chefs in the kitchen.

A man fights several other men in an apartment room, brutally beating all of them. The fight is interrupted eventually.

Several men chase and attack another man, who fights them off.

A man recklessly drives an ambulance through a parking garage and knocks some people over, ramming into a car and other objects violently. A man jumps onto the ambulance and he and the driver struggle, and he falls off right before the ambulance crashes violently.

A man smashes a shovel through a window, hitting a man in the face, and he then slams the man against a wall and attempts to put him into an incinerator. The man's feet burn slightly.

A man runs through a hospital beating people yup, knocking over staff and guards and brutally taking them down.

There's a long foot chase in the beginning, and several civilians are pushed and knocked over. One of the participants in the chase climbs over a fence, but the other participant commandeers a car and crashes through the fence, violently throwing the man to the ground.

Several bodies are shown burning in flames, post mortem.
