They say a leopard never changes its spots. It's been two short years since the life-altering events of Juvenile Prison (1982), and sadly, Nodas is still up to no good. Hell-bent on satisfying his perverted needs, once again, Nodas talks two of his former cellmates into joining him on a one-way trip to hell, and as one thing leads to another, an innocent ends up dead.
