Society Hour Zero (1966)

Having resigned himself to the fact that his career is over, the former pilot of the Greek Air Force, Wing Commander Aggelos Mourouzis, drowns his troubles. Disgraced and heavily indebted, Mourouzis has one last chance to redeem himself, by shedding light on the terrible air crash that claimed the lives of twenty-eight passengers. Now, as the president of a trilateral investigation committee, washed-up Aggelos will soon find himself amid a sinister conspiracy, as unscrupulous mediators, strong political interests, and murderous cut-throats are hell-bent on silencing him for good.
