The Eleventh Child (1998)

Tang is the eleventh child of a family living in a poor mountain village on the Sino-Vietnamese border. He should never have been born. His father kills his mother. The orphan is raised by his elder brother, Tang the First, and nursed by a bitch, no woman in the village willing to take care of this cursed child. As an adult, he leaves the mountains for the city. Fifteen years later, peasants in his village inform him that Tang the First is seriously ill. The Eleventh returns immediately, unaware that the villagers have set a trap for him.
