Stark Mad Astronauts (1962)

Fascinated by the great unknown, an eccentric but genius professor of astrophysics dreams of starting an ambitious space program for Greece with the aid of his chauffeur, Polikarpos. And, before long, he finds an unexpected ally in his plans in the person of Thanasis, an indefatigable handyman and fervent supporter of the scientist's noble mission. Now, as the three determined explorers work hard to construct the first Greek spaceship, a dauntless volunteer undergoes rigorous training to become the mission's leader and the first Greek astronaut. However, is he destined to set foot on the arid landscapes of the Moon?
