One Crazy 50-year-old Man (1971)

After nearly three decades, the frivolous and failed businessman, Andreas Tependris, reunites with the successful entrepreneur, Nick Pearson--his old friend and comrade in arms from the Greco-Albanian War, in 1941. To help Andreas who is in grave financial jeopardy, Nick makes an adventurous but attractive proposition: Andreas is to pose as a well-off ship owner, and a sophisticated bon vivant to break into high-end social circles. Before long, Andreas will fall for the charms of the wealthy widow, Mrs Jefferson, unbeknownst to him that his official fiancée, Elpida, is not prepared to lose him. Will she bring him to his senses?
