Surveillance (2001)

A college student, obsessed with finding the serial killer who killed her best friend and lover, enlists the aid of two other co-eds to keep the campus under surveillance with video cameras. Once she finds him and follows him home, her psychosis drives her deeper and deeper into his lifestyle, with violent results.
