Manalo matalo mahal kita (1995)

Heavily indebted Jack wins the Lottery but he loses his ticket to Pat during an encounter with the gang whom he owes money to. Caught in a tug of war for the ticket, Jack and Pat form an unlikely bickering duo to fight for their lives against an organized crime group.
