The Accomplices (1988)

Going steady with virginal Lena, rebellious twentysomething, Yannis, is fed up with his prudish girlfriend. Then, the experienced next-door neighbour, Lisa, catches Yannis' eye, and as one thing leads to another, he summons up the courage to seduce her right under the nose of her abusive boyfriend, Denis. However, Lisa wants a man who can provide for her, and before long, penniless Yannis, who occasionally works as a petrol station attendant at his father's business, will find himself with his back to the wall. Now, Yannis contemplates taking part in a lucrative icon heist to make a quick buck, and succeed in life without breaking a sweat. But, crime is never an option, and the police are already onto Yannis and his gang. Is it worth rotting in jail for a childish infatuation?
