A close-knit team of best friends and perpetually impecunious artists is struggling to eke out an existence. While trying to find inspiration, love, and discover themselves, the handsome painter, Dimitris, falls in love with orphaned Mary. In the meantime, a kind young man claims her heart, and a mysterious woman is watching unsuspecting Mary's every step. Is she her guardian angel? Above all, will Mary ever reunite with her mother?
